SCHOOLS TECHNOLOGY PROGRAMME COORDINATOR
REPORTING TO: Head of Programmes
SALARY: Competitive
CONTRACT: 37.5 hours per week, 18-month fixed term

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Programmes, the Schools Technology Programme Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and developing the Trust’s technology education programme, Think Big.
The programme aims to inspire young people from diverse communities across Nottinghamshire to embrace technology and education. Using the power of football, the Think Big Programme Coordinator will excite and trigger interest in sports and tech, encouraging them to consider rewarding careers in technology-based jobs through a structured and innovative tech programme in schools.
The Think Big programme is delivered in collaboration with Ideagen – one of the world’s fastest growing tech companies with headquarters in Nottingham.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and deliver innovative and creative virtual and face-to-face workshops in school and community settings across Nottinghamshire promoting tech in sport.
- Develop and manage relationships with school leads, partners and key stakeholders.
- Lead on the growth and development of the programme.
- Work toward achieving defined KPIs during each academic year.
- Maintain and develop a bespoke curriculum focusing on football specific tech roles and deliver workshops to young people on matchdays at The City Ground.
- Produce monthly reports on the programme’s impact, tracking all achievements and target outcomes.
- Act as an advocate for technology and innovative thinking.
- Develop relationships with partners and stakeholders to increase programme visibility.
- Working with the marketing team to create a portfolio of accessible media content, including videos, photographs and case studies.
- Regularly communicate the programme’s success internally and externally, sharing good news and practice.
- Support the Head of Programmes with the collation of data and information relating to programme impact.
- Line manage programme assistants to support their duties and personal development.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Confident, dynamic and engaging personality.
- Proven experience in a project management role, ideally in a school, community or partnership setting.
- Knowledge and interest in tech, sport and wider STEAM (Science, Tech, Engineering, Arts and Maths) subjects.
- Ability to inspire and motivate young people.
- Experience of designing and implementing schemes of work.
- Confident at presenting to large audiences in school and community settings.
- Technology advocate with a passion for innovation.
- Strong communicator with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive attitude towards engaging and managing stakeholders.
- Project management skills, including report writing and evaluation.
- Be comfortable with change and ambiguity.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
- Confident at communicating and reporting at senior level.
- Creative thinker with the ability to bring ideas to life.

- Full, clean UK driving license with access to own vehicle.
